There are some basic things that you’ll want to check before contacting us about problems you may be having with any of our products.

Video

  • You have 16 bit sound installed.
  • Resolution is set to 800 X 600
  • Color depth is set to 16 - bit High - Color (Thousands of Colors).
  • The latest version of QuickTime is loaded. Sometimes it is necessary to completely remove Quicktime from your machine and then install it fresh from Apples’s web site.

Operating System Compatibility

Not all of the products are supported by Windows NT/2000/XP. Quite a few are only compatible with Windows 95/98/ME. Please check the specifications listed on the products web page for information on compatibility.

    I am trying to run your Tonka Search & Rescue 2. I have Windows XP. Product loads, but when you try to play the game, my screen goes gray, then black, then gray, then black. Sometimes just stays gray. I returned the product to the store, they would only replace with same item. Tried again. What is the problem? Can you help me with this?

    I have forwarded your issue to our tech support department and they should be contacting you soon. If anybody else has the same issues, I would reccomend trying these steps:

    Thanks again for the prompt replacement of my Poker Pop CD.

    I bought one at Gamestop , but on the CD the full version of Pirate Poppers was there instead. I emailed and the next day they asked for my address and within 4 business days, they mailed it out! Thank you so much for the prompt and kind customer service! I will be buying more casual type games with the Brighter Minds logo on it in the future!
