Rebate FAQ

Q: Where are the rebate requirements?

A: The rebate requirements can be found on the rebate receipt that you will receive upon buying one of our products. The requirements are: The original or photocopy of the sales receipt, the original UPC symbol cut from the product box (be sure the numbers printed below the symbol are included), and the completed rebate form or a copy of the form. You must include all requested information. The rebate requirements are subject to change at any time.

Q: What is the item limit?

A: The item limit for rebate is one per product. However, you may submit rebates for several different products.

Q: Where can I find “weeks to process?”

A: The amount of weeks it takes to process a receipt may be found on the rebate receipt.

Q: Where can I find “customer information?”

A: Customer information may be found on the rebate receipt. Name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone will be asked for. This information will be kept private and secure.

Q: Where can I find “mailing address?”

A: The mailing address for Brighter Minds, LCC can be found on the rebate form.

Q: Where can i find “phone number?”

A: The phone number for Brighter Minds Interactive, LCC can be found under the information section of your rebate receipt. Please call 614-430-3021 x118 with any questions.

Q: Where can I find the UPC barcode?

A: Example: If you purchased a Brighter Minds Interactive product that allows a rebate, an original copy of the UPC barcode from the box of each item must be included. The UPC barcode is not one of the barcodes printed on your rebate receipt. The UPC barcode is a barcode found on the box. It is a row of black vertical lines. Beneath the lines there is a single digit number out to the left and a single digit number out to the right. In the middle there is a series of numbers. This barcode is the manufacturer’s proof of purchase.

Q: What should I do if I have more than one rebate I need to send in?

A: Every rebate form is for a separate rebate or offer. Please be sure to read the requirements for each form and send your rebates in to the correct rebate address. Rebate requirements may differ for each offer. If you have questions on how to submit for your rebate, please contact the appropriate customer care phone number listed on your rebate form.

Q: Can I put all of my rebates in one envelope?

A: Yes. If the envelope is clearly marked and each rebate is stapled separately.

Q: The sales associates only gave me one receipt and I have more than one rebate to send in.

A: Rebates will accept copies of your sales receipt. If you have any questions or need clarification, please send us an e-mail at rebates@brightermindsmedia.com or call us at 614-430-3021 x118.

Q: I purchased 2 qualifying products but only one rebate printed at the store.

A: There is a rebate limit of 1 per household of the same items purchased. If you purchase 2 different products that qualify for a rebate you will receive 2 rebate forms. If you do not, you must contact the store from which you purchased your product.

Q: Where can I check the status of my rebate?

A: Please send us an e-mail to check the status at rebates@brightermindsmedia.com. For rebates we ask that you allow the full time for the processing of your rebate submission. You can check the status of your rebate by sending us an e-mail at rebates@brightermindsmedia.com or calling us at 614-430-3021 x118.

Q: How long will it take to receive my rebate?

A: Rebate requirements are different for each offer. You can find the allotted time on your rebate receipt. Please allow a minimum of 10-12 weeks from the time we receive your rebate.

Q: My rebate was rejected.

A: If your rebate was rejected you should receive a letter or a postcard after the rebate period explaining the problem with your submission in addition to any further steps that need to be taken to receive your rebate.
